Four-Laning of NH-254, Bathinda
Four-laning of NH-254 near HMEL Township in Bathinda involved comprehensive upgradation from a two-lane with paved shoulder configuration to a full four-lane divided highway. The project was awarded by MoRTH / PWD B&R Punjab and executed under strict quality assurance protocols.
The scope covered earthwork and subgrade preparation, granular sub-base (GSB), wet mix macadam (WMM) base course, dense bituminous macadam (DBM) intermediate layer, and bituminous concrete (BC) wearing course — all produced and laid using our own batch mix plant and paving fleet stationed at site.
Road safety furniture including W-beam crash barriers, delineators, retroreflective road studs, signage boards and thermoplastic road markings were installed in compliance with IRC and MoRTH specifications, making this stretch a showcase of modern highway construction standards in the Malwa region.
